You must have an existing account with Jupiter to register for a Jupiter Investor My Account.
To register you will need to complete the following:
1. Accept the Terms and Conditions
Unless you accept the Terms and Conditions you will not be able to register or sign in
2. Enter your personal details
These will be used to match to your existing account
- First Name
- Surname
- Date of Birth
- Post code
- Account number
3. Enter your email address
This will be your username and used to send you communications & notifications
4. Enter your mobile number
This will be used to send your two factor authentication code each time you sign in to the portal
5. Activate your account
- Select the 'Send Code' button - this will send an activation code to your email address which is valid for 1 hour
- Enter the code
6. Choose a password
Your password must contain the following:
- Be at least 10 characters long
- Contain at least 1 upper case letter
- Contain at least 1 number
In order to keep your account secure we strongly recommend your password is unique to this account and is not re-used for any other online sites.
7. Enter a secret question and answer only you will know
This question and answer will be required as an additional security feature for example if you wish to change your password
8. Sign in
Once registered, you'll be able to sign in straight away with your username and chosen password
